The Ignatian Spiritual Life Center is a Catholic Christian spiritual ministry grounded in Catholic Social Teaching and Ignatian Spirituality. We offer people the resources they need to nurture their relationship with God and the concrete opportunities to live out what this relationship demands: a real and uncompromising love of the world.
The Ignatian Spiritual Life Center is physically located in a beautiful Victorian home in the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood of San Francisco. At the same time, the ISLC is a virtual platform and a network that brings Ignatian Spirituality’s interests, innovations, and possibilities across San Francisco.
Programming includes ongoing contemplative opportunities, social justice outreach, retreats, Christian adult education, faith formation, the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, spiritual direction, and a commitment to dialogue and service in our Church and world.
